We’ll help negotiate those offers provide guidance on negotiations throughout the inspection and appraisal process. We work right up to closing to help ensure your paperwork is complete and everything is in order for closing. Bumps in the road of selling a home are common but it’s our job to help you face those calmly and strategically, and ultimately find yourself at the closing table.
